1.Do you do anymore sizes than the ones that you display in the prices page?

Yes we do! Just contact us to find out! Whatever your requirements, needs or wants we will aim to reach them.

2. How do I send my photographs to you by email and by post

To send photographs by email, you have to make sure the picture is not pixelated and its a good taken photograph taken with an at least 6 pixels. Send this picture to us with your name, contact details (telephone number or email address) and your order number. Sending photographs via post is quite simple all you have to do is make sure you have your name, contact details on the back (telephone number and address) and your order number. You do not have to give us anymore information than that has we have your records of your order kept safe.

3. How do I make a payment?

All transactions are done through paypal or Google. Paypal and Google accept a number of major credit and debit cards. Soon we will be taking orders over the phone. 

4. Can I have the products delivered to an alternative address than the one I live at?

Yes you can! You can have your art prints/digital wallpaper delivered to your work place, at your sisters or a friends house, anywhere you like.

5. Can I get the image wrapped around the edges/sides of the canvas?

Of course you can, it will cost an extra £5. When you've selected your size you'll see a scroll down box which says "Image around canvas" and click on it and click on yes.

6. What does a 4x20x20 and 9x8x8 canvas mean?

These are called tiled canvases and they split the image up and when hung together it matches up the art print. Same goes for a 3x10x40 and 3x10x20. Also you don't have to have tiled canvas to make up a whole picture, you could in fact have the same picture on four different tiles which would give it a kind of warhol look. If you want that look then when ordering please state this in the info box

7. Do you return customers' photographs?

Yes, if its sent by post. We will return your photographs with your orders. If its emailed to us we will delete it after you've received your products.

8. Do you only print to canvas?

No, we can print to either framed/unframed poster and wallpaper.

9. What are your delivery costs?

At the moment we only deliver to the British Isles, Europe, Canada and the USA. Look at our terms and conditions or your art prices pages for delivery charges. 10. Will you use my photographs/art for promotional or any other advertising purposes?

No we won't, everything you give to us is confidential unless you say its ok for us to do so. This is in our privacy policy.

11. The colours I see on my screen are exactly the colours of how my art print will look?

Colours of the print will vary from computer to computer and thats because of the screen resolution the computer screeb has been set to.

12.How do I care for my canvas, poster, wallpaper?

Your print has already got a giclee protection liquid on it. The best way you can protect it is by hanging up on the wall.

15. Is it safe to purchase products from your site?

Of course it is, Paypal and Google checkout encrypt their site so the information forwarded is only viewed by Paypal, Google and yourself. Information given to us like address, telephone numbers and names will only been seen by us. All information is protected.
