1. The goods shall be at the buyers risk after delivery.
2.The goods shall remain Cherish This Rooms property until payment has been made in full.
3. A 30 day account can be made based on quantities of purchase.

Return's Policy

Upon receipt of a Cherish This Room product which was damaged berfore receipt can be returned back. You can receive a full refund or receive your order again with new products. Items that are omitted/ not received. You must get in touch with us within 2 weeks to do this by telephone or email. If you are dissatified or we don't meet your expectations with our products that you've received please return it back to us and we'll refund you or you can choose another product that is more to your taste. The products must be returned within the 7 day cooling period. Ater this the products will remain in your possession. All products must be returned in good condition. Make sure your retain your proof of postage if you are returning items. You may be refunded for postage if you are returning your products because they are damaged. Otherwise postage is your responsibility.

None of this will appear on the website unless we have your permission to do so. There are no third party advertisements or spam that will appear in your email inbox from other companies. There will be advertisements from us that may appear in your email inbox from time to time.

Cancellation of a product

Cancellation of products cannot happen if they are already dispatched and/ or when the production is commencing. You have 24 hours after ordering to cancel your purchase.
